Returns Policy

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Black Cat Shadow Photos. If there is any damage, or inconsistencies regarding the photo quality, please let me know. I have inspected all 100+ photos (12 inches × 16 inches), and the prints are all excellent quality. The frames are very sturdy and are well made , so there will be no problem there. Products, packaging and delivery are all done by Officeworks, who do a complete professional service to supply, pack, and deliver the photos and frames.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return or exchange.

Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Personalised or custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
