Ordering

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select a photo (or photos), and add it to your cart. Follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase. Your payment is secure by Shopify and there is a returns policy if the item is damaged (refer returns policy). You will also get email updates forwarded from myself (generated by Officeworks). It will tell you when your item is ready to be picked up (Click & Collect) from your nearest, or nominated Officeworks store (173 stores Australia wide). If your product is getting delivered, just give me a prefered date and time (once you have recieved an email saying your product is ready).

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. International shipping takes slightly longer, up to 10 days.

Do you ship internationally?
Please contact us to enquire about international shipping options. Minimum order is 10 items ($490AUD), plus standard delivery fees and packaging fees from Australia's number 1 national carrier (Australia Post). Email myself for a quote on international shipping. Australia post will supply packaging, quick postage, and a secure shipping service. Your order will have a tracking number for piece of mind and estimated date and time for the delivery. Insurance  can also be included in this service from Australia post. 

Prints & Quality

What materials are your prints made from?
Our prints are produced on premium quality materials to ensure vibrant, long-lasting results. The prints are all on high quality photographic paper made from Officeworks. 

The black, modern frames are also distributed through Officeworks and are very solid and sturdy. 30cm wide. 40cm in height. 2cm in depth (12 inches × 16 inches). Good quality glass ensures the finished product looks very professional and adds depth to all the photos. The framed photos look great in the natural sunlight and highlights Shadows true beauty and colours The photos also look great under an art light on the wall (I can point you in the right direction, if curious).
