Every evening Shadow waits for me to go to bed. When I do, she kisses my nose for 5 minutes and then plays the roll of the little spoon and snuggles into my chest, with her head up near my pillow. She thinks she's my wife.

In the summer time, when the weather is fine.

It feels like solitary confinement. This is my time out zone when things get hectic. It doesn't look comfy, but it's quiet and peaceful in level 1R. I'm up for parole next week.

It's way more comfortable than it looks. Humans can float in The Dead Sea, us felines like floating on cold glass. Throw in a couple of mice on the table and we have a party 🥳.
